EMERGING LEADERS VIRTUAL FORUM REGISTRATION

This year’s theme ‘Accelerated Aviation Pathways’ the ‘Emerging Leaders Forum’(EML) brings together the next generation of aviation professionals alongside innovative speakers and leaders of today’s industry. Proudly Sponsored by BOEING Australia, this year’s forum will be the first VIRTUAL forum and is designed to cultivate innovative ideas, share career pathways, and various support networks into the aviation aerospace and space sectors through collaboration and interactive discussion with students from year 8 – 12 and current leaders in their fields.
Delegates will receive access to our Guest Panelists pre-recorded presentations 1 week prior to the Live Stream Panelist Session, this will give delegates the opportunity to create a list of questions for the guests during the Live Stream Panelist Session.
Virtual Live Streamed Panelist Session –30th OCTOBER 2020 – 10:30am -12 noon AEDT
The EML Forum will be hosted by our MC who will engage with delegates to create an interactive and educational session. Panelists will be introduced and their expertise shared to attendee’s.
The EML Panelist session will run for 1 1/2 hours including the Q&A and will have plenty of time for all attending to ask questions and interact with the panelists. The panelists will also receive questions by a dedicated email link for up to 1 week after the Live Session to allow for those who are unable to attend or have questions after the session the opportunity to have questions answered.
The EML Session will also be recorded and available to view after the event by request.
Pre-Recorded Educational Virtual Workshops Sessions:
Delegates will also have access to Virtual Workshops 1 week prior to the Live stream event, which are designed to assist the those attending with challenges they may face preparing for a career pathway into aviation.
These workshops and any additional resources can be downloaded by the delegates once the links are shared for the period designated on the digital links
How to Register – It’s FREE
All minors (under the age of 18) must be registered by an appropriate Parent/Guardian/Education provider or Community Group Leader and will be required to have adult supervision during the live session.
Please complete the registration by clicking on the links below. All registrations must be received by 21st OCTOBER 2020. Whilst we would love to offer unlimited access to this event, unfortunately we only have a limited number of 200 registrations available via our virtual platform.
So please register ASAP to secure your registration.
A secure and reliable internet connection is highly recommended to ensure good quality viewing and participant interaction.
INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION
Fill in the registration details for an INDIVIDUAL registration here and we will send you a link with your digital portal access a few days prior to the activation of the Pre-recorded sessions and workshop sessions. All information and correspondence will be sent to your nominated email address.
GROUP REGISTRATION
If you are a school or community group and wish to attend as a class or group, we are encouraging groups of up to 15 students maximum per digital link. This will enable us to register up to 15 students with one digital link however all groups must be able to be in the same room at the same time and have access to a shared computer screen.

The school or community group will be responsible for requiring any required consent for the minors they are registerinmg to participate.
The digital link will only allow the designated email access to the resources and portal for the live stream event and pre-recorded interviews and workshops.
