The day is an opportunity to explore the exciting careers available in the aviation/aerospace industry such as engineers, aircraft maintenance technicians, pilots, operational staff, air traffic controllers, just to name a few.
This GIAD event will take place in a real aviation hangar environment, where you will be able to get up close to aircraft and equipment. The day will be filled with career inspiration and will be supported by amazing role models.

Who is it for: Girls ages 8 to 17 years to introduce them to the many aviation career possibilities. (Primary ticket reserves are for this) School teachers/Career counselors or Parents/Guardians of the children or students attending who, wish to gain information on how to support a child in pursuing a career in aviation. (Limited ticket reserves for this category) Cost: Free – Registration is essential as spots are limited.
