Purchase Policy


WAI Australian Chapter provides membership subscription services for both individuals and organisations. Once membership forms have been completed and payment confirmed the purchaser will be contacted by either the membership secretary or corporate partnerships within 7 business days. Individual memberships can only be completed once Women in Aviation International (wai.org) parent membership has been completed.

Refund policy

We offer a money-back guarantee for all purchases made through our website within 14 days of confirmation. If you are not satisfied with the subscription that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of confirmation of your purchase. After the 14-day period, you will no longer be able to receive a refund.

WAI Australian Chapter can exchange or refund merchandise purchases in the event of an incorrect sizing or change of mind within 14 days of purchase or delivery. The returned item must:
have a proof of purchase
be unworn, unwashed, unused and with its original tags intact
or in original packaging.
Please note that any fees charged by third party service providers (including but not limited to; Postage, PayPal or Bank fee’s) are non-refundable.
