[post_content] => A challenged world is an alert world.

Individually, we're all responsible for our own thoughts and actions - all day, every day.

We can choose to challenge and call out gender stereotypes and bias.

We can choose to seek out and celebrate women's achievements.

Collectively, we can create an inclusive world.

From challenge comes change. Choose to challenge’.

In support of the International Women's Day 2021 campaign, we are again coordinating the #WAIfemaleflight. The #WAIFemaleFlight will allow all those involved to show their support of the #ChoosetoChallenge theme

Our last WAI Female flight was on International Women’s Day (8 March- 2020). 10 domestic flights took-off under the control of all-female flight crews, who were assisted on their journey by female air traffic controllers, ground operation support and dispatch, cabin crews, and more. WAI collaborated with Airservices Australia, Qantas and Jetstar, to launch these flights and highlight the diverse range of occupations open to women in the aviation fields.

If you or your organisation would like to get involved and join us as we choose to challenge, simply hit the IWD 2021 Register link below.
